On May 8th, Dr. Stéphane Fournier was appointed a Visiting Researcher at the Graduate School of Agriculture and met with Dean Murakami for a contract signing meeting.
Dr. Fournier is an Associate professor at Montpellier SupAgro in France and will be conducting a joint research titled “Comparative study between Japan and France: Improvement of added value of the wine by utilizing geographical indication protection system” with Prof. Shigeaki Oda in Lab. of Farm Managerial Information and Accounting, Division of Natural Resource Economics. He will be staying at the Graduate School of Agriculture from May 8th to August 8th, 2019.
